The Verge technology site managed to get information from a source at the companyApple. According to sources, the RAM of this new iPad is 1GB.
If examined from the previous generation iPad, it is fitting for the Apple iPad increase the RAM in three generations.
The first generation iPad has 256MB of RAM, while the iPad 2 is 512MB.
Presumably, 1GB of RAM is suitable for boosting the performance of dual coreprocessors A5X that use quad core graphics chip on the new iPad.
